Though The Gardner Team has received many awards and accolades for being Sherwood’s top realtor, in 2008 and 2009 Jason Gardner received the highest accolade possible from the John L. Scott Real Estate company. He earned the title of a Top 1% Producer. The Top 1% Producer award goes to realtors with the 1% highest annual real estate sales volume in the company. Out of 3,700 John L. Scott agents nationwide, Jason was one of the 11 from Oregon to receive the award, and the only realtor from the City of Sherwood.
